At Clocharde Studio, we take great pride in crafting timeless luxury pieces with exceptional quality. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 72 hours of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Customised or personalised products are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective
To initiate a return, please email us at support@clochardestudio.com with your reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- You will receive an email notification once the refund has been issued.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@clochardestudio.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll ensure a prompt replacement or resolution.

- Customised or monogrammed products
- Gift cards
- Items on clearance or marked “final sale”
